1. Hydrate
To achieve a beautiful healthy glow on your wedding day, make sure you are getting 8oz of water a day. Not only does water help regulate your system but also helps your body naturally gets rid of unnecessary toxins. If you have a hard time trying to get water in your system try to add some watermelon, grapefruit, broccoli, cucumber, iceberg lettuce, and celery these vegetables and fruits have high water content that help you get to the 8oz a day goal.
2. Exercise
A little goes a long way. Honestly. Who doesn’t want to feel great in there wedding dress. Pick whatever you want that makes you feel your best. Exercise helps relieve stress and help your body get rid of toxics. Exercise also helps boost energy level and help regulate your mood. It also improves circulation, which helps bring blood to your body including your skin!!!
3. Get some ZZZzzzZZZzz
Sleep. Get your full eight hours of sleep. This really helps you feel energize and do everything you need to do to as a bride. Sleep is a way for your body to naturally reboots it’s system every night. Plus it is a good way to get rid of those dark under eye circles. Sleep helps lower your stress level and who doesn’t want that.
4. Do some cleaning
Clean your makeup brushes. You don’t know how important this is!! Makeup brushes are made to hold pigments but what you don’t know is that sometimes makeup brushes hold bacteria, oils, and dirt. All of that can also be on your skin every time you put fresh new make up on which can cause breakouts! Ew! There is a simple solution in cleaning your brushes. I like to take a drop or two of hair shampoo and clean my brushes with that. I rinse them off and let them dry before using them again.
5. Start early
Its always good to start things early especially with skin routines. Get some moisturizer that fits with your skin. Some are different for oily skin or dry skin. Make sure you stick with the routine and to apply it to your problem areas. Moisturizer really helps provided nutrition to all the layer of your skin. I mean think about it, you’re skin is a shield. It get exposed to sun rays and receives a lot of damage, a really good moisturizer it helps defend your skin from all the elements. You want to work with your skin not against it.
6. Facials
We put our skin through a lot and we barely give it the pampering it needs. Facials are a great way to get your skin into looking young and beautiful plus they feel amazing! Facials really help rejuvenate your skin and keep it looking beautiful, toned, and clear. Find that perfect facials that fits to your skin type, there are different types of facials and custom ones too.
7. Exfoliation
This step might be the quickest way to see some change in your skin. Exfoliation is basically getting rid of old and dry skin cells and exposes your new radiate skin. It improves the look of your skin, the smoothness, and your skin tone. There are many ways to exfoliate but make sure you go to a professional in order to get the best results. In addition they can also steer you in the right direction and recommend the best scrub or chemical peel that fits your skin.
