A: Contact us to check availability. You can book your appointment by phone or online. It’s easy.

Q: How far in advance should I save the date?

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Yes, a deposit of $100 is required to reserve your date.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A:  Lulu & Bass requires three weeks advanced notice to cancel your reservation with a full refund. If you cancel with less than three weeks notice, your deposit is non-refundable. Q: Can payments for large wedding parties be split?

A: We understand it can be difficult to collect all your guests’ payments upfront. That’s why we make it easy by accepting individual payments. We only require that each guest save the date and make a deposit at least one month in advance.

Q: Is gratuity required?

A: Gratuity is always welcomed & appreciated. Typical gratuity ranges from 15-20%.

Q: How do I decide on what hair/makeup I want for the big day?

A: We strongly recommend taking advantage of our Trial Appointment. Our exclusive Trial Appointments last 90 minutes and allow you to try different hairstyles and makeup looks. The Trial allows us to know exactly how much time it will take to do your hair & makeup. Check out our Look Book, Gallery and Pinterest Board to get inspired.

Q: What is the difference between a trial and a style?

A: A trial is a hair and makeup rehearsal. We’ll try multiple styles to see what you like best. Flip through our Look Book prior to the appointment to check out trending styles. The Trial appointment last 90 minutes.

Q: Should I wash my hair the morning of the wedding?

A: We recommend you wash and blow-dry your hair the day before. Arriving with hair that is unkept can make the hairstyle challenging to execute for the stylist. Arriving with wet hair means the stylist will have to dry the hair first, and then style it. This will limit the amount of time the stylist can spend perfecting your look.

Q: Do I bring my own makeup?

A: Lulu and Bass Makeup Artists supply all makeup necessary to make you look gorgeous. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, or have a favorite brand, bring your own cosmetics. Please arrive with a clean and moisturized face.

Q: What about Touch-Ups?

A: Lulu and Bass provides you with a touch up kit to keep your look fresh all night long.

Q: What is the schedule for the day of?

A: You’ll receive a ‘day of schedule’ that outlines the order of your guests. We arrive 30 minutes prior to your reserved appointment to set up and be prepared. We’ll work around your schedule to make the day go off without a hitch.
